Bushfire Hay
As soon as the recent bushfires
took hold in Victoria, Lisa & Geoff
Portman decided to repay the
kindness shown to them after the
Kinglake fires in 2009.
Raised money, and a group
of volunteers, to acquire &/or buy
hay and transport it into the fire
areas — using Geoff's forestry
contacts. Farmers in Buchan,
Swifts Creek & Corryong were
the recipients.
