The Violet Stripe

The exact moment the sun hits the horizon, turn around 180 degrees. This flight, it's winter over Iran, and the Full Moon is just rising; but, more interesting is the violet stripe which appears for just a minute. It shows the curvature of the earth, proving to pilots that we are flying over a planet; the thin edge is towards the summer pole.
